FAQ

1. When will I know a vehicle has been allocated to me?
You will receive a confirmation email 24 hours after the auction closing time.

2. How can I get a duplicate of the sale invoice?
Just visit LeasePlan website and click on facturación electrónica for registration. Then you will be able to easily download your invoices from the system.

3. Once I have paid the car, when may I release it?
You can release the car 72 hours after the payment (usually the time international transfers take to get cashed into our bank account)

4. What about my documents?
Every Friday a express courier will deliver car documents for all cars cashed during the last five working days. In addition, you will have access to document copies on our documents office website.
