We sell used vehicles for professionals

This is the process that LeasePlan follows in order to guarantee the best service and a quality product.

  1. At the end of the renting period, the customer returns the vehicle to one of our authorized points.
  2. We will be responsible of picking up the car and taking it to one of our vehicle compounds, where it will be prepared for the auction.
  3. An external company will take responsibility of evaluating any damages that the vehicle may have in order to adjust the sales price and take photographs that will be used in the auction.
  4. We apply a series of parameters to classify the vehicles in their corresponding category within the sales channel.
  5. The customer is informed when the bidding begins. They receive complete information about the vehicle: photographs, make, model, year, registration date, colour, fuel type, mileage, engine power, etc.
  6. Once the starting price has been set, the person that makes the best offer will be the adjudicator of each unit sold (vehicles are sold by unit, never in batches).
  7. Once the bidding has concluded, the customer is informed of the vehicles that he/she has just bought.
  8. The buyer then receives confirmation of the deal by email, indicating all the vehicle information, cost, payment deadline and account number.
  9. Once the customer has made the payment, the customer is sent the invoice and the transfer of the vehicle is made.
  10. Finally, the customer picks up their vehicle from one of our authorized compounds.
